MU Picked · Brands Worth The International Shipping

Raising Bodie in New York means he has little pals from around the world.  Some of my closest and also, most in-the-know, mom friends come from Hong Kong, England and Australia. I've enjoyed the benefit of their product discoveries, hand me downs and their intel on what products back home are worth bringing to the States. Here's the list of goods that I've collected from our ex-pat friends, here and abroad:

  1. Moba A new easy to clean, sleek and safe Moses basket from the U.K. which I may get for the next babe!    2. Start-rite shoes    Bodie went barefoot for a long time and I still prefer flexible soles as he grows. The U.K. takes measuring and footwear for babies and tots seriously and this was the brand my friends swore by. 3.   Organix Snacks Loads of these come back in a suitcase every time a friend visits the U.K. They're healthy and delicious, especially the soft oaty bars, all of the dried finger foods, and rice cakes. 4. SEED Heritage The entire collection for babies and kids is dependably casual, cute and comfortable just like every Australian mom I know.    5. Holle Formula I opted for Similac Ready to Feed for convenience sake but friends swore by Holle Formula especially if they wanted goats milk, which if you buy in the States is 3x as expensive.   6.   BONDS I've mentioned these Wondersuits before and probably will again and again.  These zip for easy changing, stretch so they last for 6 months, and come in the softest fabric with fun patterns.   7. My Super Fun Playbook This is a game-changer for restaurants and flights.  My friend found these activity books from Hong Kong and Singapore and the pages of felt activities keep Bodie actively entertained and learning.   8.    Trotters Canvas Shoes Their Hamptons canvas shoes are well-made and a staple in London for summer. 9.    Louelle This brand is Aussie and makes sweetly patterned and soft towels.  The little girl modeling the towel happens to be one of Bodie's chic tot friends!       Featured Image via Louelle featuring tiny model, Coco.
