MU Picked Our Fall Wardrobe Staples For Bodie & Lyla

We’re doing a lot of chat about intention and good energy in the Fall and there’s definitely a lot of the deep stuff and goodness that comes up in this season. But there’s a lot of fun to be had in the lighter changes. I was ready for sweater weather and happy to turn over my closet. As we round into October I’m realizing that the kids’ drawers are stocked and restocked with the old faithfuls that I love for Fall. I compiled the softest and sturdiest staples my kids live in in this season. You can shop the list or pop over and browse MU·Picked for our other favorites.

Angel Dear Chenille Hoodie - I inherited two of these and they quickly become a favorite. I wish they came in my size. They’re an easy layer when the weather turns.

Gap Baby Brannan Bear Hoodie - These come with matching knit booties. It’s neutral and you can keep it in the stroller all Fall.

Rylee & Cru Leggings - I love this line for all kids’ things but the patterns on pants are really sweet for Fall especially because their signature earthy palette feels really seasonally appropriate. They pair well with the basic long sleeve tees that we stock up on for both kids.

Tip Top Joey Shoes - I love the leather quality and care put into these shoes that are the only ones Bodie wore for his first two years. Lyla has her first pre-walking pairs this Fall.

Jcrew Crewneck Sweater These layer nicely on thin long sleeves or under jackets, come in a crisp clean palette and aren’t too clunky that they weigh your kids down as they play. I have these in several colors for Bodie.

Splendid Henley Tees Both, Bodie and Lyla live in this line because they are the softest and most durable (both my kids were/are droolers).

Adidas Stan Smith Shoes These are Bodie’s favorite shoes hence my favorite because they’re the only thing that get him out of his summer Natives.

Zara Combo Packs Long Sleeve Tees These affordable sets come in pretty palettes and I rotate through them during the week over more fun leggings.

Zara Ottoman Pants I’ve never put Bodie in jeans, something about the denim feels too limiting. Zara knows what they’re doing with playful prints and good fit on leggings and pants. They have the right amount of relaxed fit and softness so kids can do what they do best.
